1. Image of my Work: Aesthetic Lotus Flower Lamp
I invented this for my year 12 major works project. As stated in the title it is an aesthetical lotus flower lamp with LED lighting strips and down light to illuminate the lamp. I found it interesting as i was able to mold the perspex petals with hand crafted wooden molds then to attach them to the lamp base. In addition, the LED lights and perspex give it a modern and slick design that gives the lamp a more superfluous dimension to it. I find the energy saving of the LED lights to be interesting; in summary just find the amalgamation of all the different materials to just give off a technological fusion of the natural lotus flower.
2. Great Piece of Architecture: Beijing Bird's Nest Stadium
The Beijing Bird's Nest Stadium to me would have a be an extraordinary creation of architecture. I would say that I'm a advocate of transforming natural habitats or wildlife into a more innovative and technological fusion and this is why i chose this piece of architecture. The Beijing Bird's Nest Stadium engaged me due to the way of blending of the steel and the realistic comparison to an actual bird's nest. It is hard to believe that the architectures would just picture a bird's nest in their mind then create a stadium to enrich the largest sporting event on the planet being the Olympics. In addition, with the messing and bending and juxtaposing from the realism of a natural bird's nest to a real larger and more aesthetically appealing is just an inordinate piece of architecture.

3. Original Photograph: Cousins Wedding
This is my original photograph of my cousin getting married. This photograph was beautiful well thats what all the females in my family say but honestly this is captured perfectly in the moment. This photo is symbolic as is represents the message of marriage and the union a couple. This photo is interesting as the light and captures the first dance as husband and wife. I believe that this a image that displays the love and connection of a couple to be close and passionate to one and other.
